Yeah, I'm 6'2", a lot of which is legs, and I was fine all around.

BTW, I've heard rumors of turbo kits in the works for both the S/C and NA motors. :naughty:....

I'm not big on the cream yellow color, though. Looks better in navy, red, silver, black IMO.

i am the biggest fan of yellow, and would have gotten one if it came in the yellow like the s2k/nsx/corvette/ducati

but it comes in a really gay looking yellow :ugh: so i am happy with my red one

It would probably replace the s/c. Although back in the 80's HKS had this "twin charger" kit for the 1st-gen MR2 Supercharger that used a turbo in conjunction with the factory s/c. Pretty trick stuff.

And yes, one CAN turbo a S/C motor.
The Lancia Delta Integrale HF Group B Rallye Car used a 45cid Roots supercharger at apx 8psi in conjunction with a Garret turbo (don't know the size or A/R, sorry).

The supercharger was engaged from idle to about 3200 rpm, at which point the oversized turbo had spooled up. From there on to redline, the electromagnetic clutch on the roots blower disengaged, a compressor bypass valve solenoid opened, and the turbo "took over", producing a maximum boost figure well beyond 30psi by the 1986 season....:huh:

Peak HP: 560+
Peak TQ: apx 350 lb ft at 2100-5400 rpm
0-60 was in the mid 3's...on gravel !!!

yeah a few people are working on one. I know Minimania is working on one or the cooper, not sure about the cooperS.

rick dont get a mini, that car has no racing history, is an ugly hatchback, and is made by stupid bmw, and to top it all of, it seats 4 people, takes very little gas, can be used properly at auto x in stock form

why are you gonna get this POS car when you can just get a pt cruiser

get some sense in your head rick:thumbup:
