IS there a bite mark somewhere?

Looks like a reaction to a spider bite but usually there is an entry wound even a small one.
I would also almost guess an allergic reaction to the bush itself from grabbing open ends of trimmings etc.

Keep an eye on it but usually a spider bite will inflame like that for 3 days or so then go down.
