i recently went to a computer show with a friend and got parts for a new computer. my friend helped me out because i'm don't know as much about computers as he does. what i got was; an asus A7S333 motherboard, amd athlon xp 1800, 512 mb pc2700 , 20 gb hard drive, geforce 4 video, six channel audio, new case, 400 watt power supply, and i'm using my old keyboard, mouse, sound system, DVD, zip drive, and monitor all for $397. i think it was a good deal. but then agian some of the real computer guys cough..nerds...cough could probably find a better deal.

 

i have to get a new laptop, my old one was destroyed in an unfortunate incident

payed $750 for it like 3 mos ago

 

was it the jump over the trailor that did it in?

haha, somoene is selling like a 200mhz with a .99 gig hard drive on the company intranet. :slap:
