the people who fix up their cars in my town suck. say i drive by one in my car and instead of waving the friendly "i'm into cars too" wave, they pretty much just scowl. its the same for a lot of my friends too.
what i want to do is get everyone together on the weekend nights in a parking lot somewhere in the city and just meet everyone. get to know everyone so that way they can wave next time you see them ya know?

so my question is how do i do this. if me and some friends just park somewhere where others can see will they just pull in?
also do i have to have permission from a store owner to park in their lot if they're closed?

You do need permission to use the lot most likely, or the police will harass you. See if there is a local messages board or something.

 

yea,...get permission,...make flyers if you are really into it,..if they give you that kinda look when you drive by them then maybe it wont work to just go somewhere and park and expect them to pull in,..if they are dicks they most likely wont pull in

 

Once you get everyone together...you'll realize that you'd rather not know any of them. It's better that you don't. Trust me.

 

then you get dickheads who like to pull up and then light up the tires,..this is what gets the cops attention,..or you get some drunk biatches that want to start some fights and shit like that,..this is why cops will run you out,..if everyone was just chilling having a good time cops wouldnt say shit
