who has it? I love it, its a ton of fun and the create a track feature is the most fun part. I've been creating a few tracks with some buddies and we just made a really fun drifting track with a gigantic jump. "farmville sucks", its got lots of animals to kill with a super high jump.
who else made a fun track? I've already raced a monte carlo track and it was pretty well done. I'm sure someone did up leguna seca and some other fun tracks like that.
add me if you haven't already, evilskabone.

How long does it take to make a good track? Is there split-screen racing?

it takes a while to learn how to make the jumps, after you get the learning curve down maybe an hour or 2. if you want to do a simple track without anything crazy, then maybe 5 minutes. you can auto populate and you're good to go. it all depends on how advanced you want to get. the farmville sucks track me and my buddies worked on took us 2 hours, we were trying to figure out how to make jumps and how to change the jump properties. once we figured out all the advanced stuff it just fell together.

and yes, you can do up to 4 people split screen, and you can do split screen online racing as well.

It's a fun game. Sort of like Mario Kart but you can pimp your kart.

Get the demo. I might buy it as soon as I get bored with MW2.

the unlimited content with the track creator is the biggest selling point for me. you can never get board with the amount of tracks, I'm sure they will hit 1million tracks in a few months. its fun to make, tweak, test and then have others play online on your track.

I've been playing a bunch of online casual races and some of the guys with their custom tracks. its fun, some of the tracks are ehh, and some are a blast. most of the people are fun, but you do run into the douche bag every now and then.
