Morning all!

put an offer in on a house yesterday, they're going to turn it down, waiting for a response though, because her husband is in germany.

Who knows, that may influence the sale...

he was in china last week, it's not an uncommon thing for him not to be around :o

at least you on the books and negotiating now, if it gets turned down you can come back in and counter

didn't work yesterday, decided screw it too nice to go in and sit at a desk. plus i had zero energy and havent been sleeping well because of the heat so i wanted to rest up.

the house we are looking at isn't even listed yet, but the people selling it are friends with my realtor and she got us in first. also just made the offer over the phone with her last night.

apparently another family saw it and want to put an offer in with their lawyer or something, but our realtor is going to make sure we are considered first.

i had yesterday off which was nice and have friday and saturday off too. just need to make it through today's 10 hour shift.

In. Ready for the 3 day weekend. I'm off next Thursday and Friday too so it should be a short week.
