Guy killed somebody, assaulted wife, then took off. Wife called police. Dude later called police from a different location, saying the house of the previous call was his and that he was waiting where he was to be arrested. The victim just happened to be the same age as the suspect.

Keep in mind its a newspaper in Tillamook. Not exactly where journalists go to be discovered :chuckles:
i was able to follow the story but the end made me go wtf ... they had to wait for a warrant to recover the body? you don't need a warrant with PC. if someone calls and says hey i was assaulted and this guys laying dead on my floor and i live here ... then the cops don't need a warrant i would think
My guess, he found her in bed with him beat her killed him...
