Well it's time for me to leave the nest and start a life on my own. My gf and I just found a place in my town that basically fit our needs and wants. Any advice you guys can give me about living on my own would be cool. We would be staying on the 1st floor of this house, it has 2 bedrooms, a laundry room and one bathroom. Let me know what ya'll think! During high tide we don't have a beach, during low tide we'll have about 20 feet of sand.

Ohh gotcha. Well we have a dog and so does everyone around us. The windows you see in front are of the foyer(sp?) and we have 2 sliding doors to the inside of the house after that. I think we already have a Brinks system in the house.
