Zap your PRAM. On start-up, hold down OPTION+APPLE+P+R. Wait to hear the Apple start up chime twice, then let go before the 3rd. This might solve your network issues. Make sure you hold the buttons down quickly after you start it up, because a signal is sent pretty fast.
