wow that sucks man, but luckily sounds like you did all the right stuff that you came out ok and not at fault

but yea, usually frame damage = totaled and dont if the air bags deploy that thats usually a automatic total?

Especially with an older car like that. Front and rear impact should guarantee it's totaled. Look at how the c pillar is creased. It's done yo.

I had an 06 that I bought in late late 06. I :love: that car. Fun and just fast enough to keep you entertained. If youre looking for an 04-05, make sure to get a manual as the auto trannies had problems early on (later resolved with an external tranny cooler for late 05-on)

Otherwise, the car is solid with no other problems that I can think of.

damn that suck. I live 2 mins from laguardia and lately I have seen alot of a accidents this year. I don't know if the accidents is because of the police presence lately or wot but I don't remember seeing this many accidents last year.
btw the limit is 50mph.
