Decided to make one of these today. This one is influenced from a recipe from a friend's old sushi restaurant using imitation crab. The original dish was called a "tnt" roll which was spicy crab, or spicy hamachi (yellowtail) with melted cheese wrapped in a sushi roll. On with the pics...

Bacon in the oven in a 4x4 configuration. (should of used a skillet type pan cause this thing sweats grease... guh)


Adding the cheese. (mixed cheedar and mozzeerreellaa (sp?))


Adding the imitation crab. (Random trivia: imitation crab is actually processed cod fish with food coloring.)


Final outcome. (a little undercooked on the bacon, oh well)


Bacon Cheese Crab roll wins. I tried to push myself into finishing the whole thing but I couldnt. Now I gotta hit the gym cause I feel extreeemy bloated now.

you should make the roll, stuff it with ground hamburger, and serve it on a roll. kind of like a reverse bacon cheeseburger, or a cheese burger bacon roll.
