Xoftspy is sick and is #1 in my list and #2 Zonealarm firewall/spyware/antivirus and ofcourse stay away from ie if u dont want shit downloaded without u ever knowing.

at work we do clean up, adaware, malware.. virus scan (norton, but people don't have that), so i go with avg.
