bleh, carrying has WAY too many liabilities attached to it.. i'd rather be unarmed and be free to go to a bar and have a drink, than to constantly worry about my firearm.

If I went to bars that wouldn't stop me from carrying.

I don't drink and if the situation comes where I need to use it, my last concern will be whether I should legally be carrying there or not.

The brandishing law down here in FL applies to committing crimes. It's called 10-20-life. If you show the gun while trying to attempt a crime the penalties are set in stone (10 years) and if fired (20 years). and 25-life if someone is hit.
