i just read this somewhere... how is that possible! 23,000 in 36 years! that fucking gross. And this dude is pretty slim.

What you eat isn't the only thing that determines your health. There was a guy that did an experiment right after Supersize Me came out, where he ate McDonalds for 3 meals a day for 30 days but worked out for 4-5 hours a day and he ended up gaining more muscle mass than he did on his previous diet.

Werd, it's all about lifestyle, there was an article about how most Amish people eat foods that are high in fat and calories yet stay slim... they worked the fields though for the majority of the day.

I understand but his colesterol must be off the hook! 2 burgers a day everyday?!? WTF is wrong with this guy

From what I read, he no longer eats at McD's (maybe once a month now) and he supposedly walks like 10mi. everyday for exercise.
