Using stray dogs for bait purposes isn't the problem here. Even in the USA stray dogs are captured and euthanized. Mutilating and dragging behind a boat A LIVING ANIMAL is the fucking problem. That is utterly inhumane and unacceptable any way you cut it. You want bait? Kill it first for fucks sake. |
