When you put it in the pan, just use extra italian dressing (or olive oil).

When it is almost done, turn the heat up higher and sprinkle tons of parm in.....then, stir constantly. it kinda crusts up the chicken. don't go too hot or let sit or you'll burn it.

BBQ chicken pineapple.

very easy, just simply have:

Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can pineapple tidbits
1-2 bottles of thick BBQ sauce
Seasoned Salt

Open the can of pineapples, remove the label, and fill with BBQ sauce and give the pineapples a nice even coat. You'll throw this can on the grill for the whole time (idea is to get hot, bbq saucey pineapples).

Throw the chicken on the grill and season salt each side. I just let it cook a little on either side, as the BBQ sauce slows the cooking process.

Slather the motherfuckers with BBQ sauce, right on the grill. This is where the thick BBQ sauce comes in handy, as the watery shit just dumps right off. Do a good coat on either side.

When the chicken is done (nice and firm, I usually check it with a knife as salmonella sounds awful), remove from grill, and dump the BBQ sauce / pineapple mix over the chicken.

Super easy, and realllllllly good. Just fed 8 people with that one on saturday.

If she worked this hard, I'd be more inclined to ordering from a restaurant and just plating it.. Guaranteed good.

Seems like a lot of really awesome food take a long time to cook. In my instance, Mar LOVES the pork ossobucco with white wine and butter risotto and morels in a glaze reduction. Yeah. I wouldn't bother cooking that.

Everyone else here has put in some awesome ideas though. if you need direction, go to epicurious.com. I get most me recipes there.

Good luck stud!
