Tee hee. I had to do the same thing for my BTZ package (which was approved).

I did mine a few weeks ago. I said the company would crumble w/out me:oh: j/k

you should want to do your own, so at least the people above you know what you think you been up to. i mean if it was just up to your boss giving you one, what if he/she doesnt like you, they dont have to put anything worth while in your review regardless of how much work you did or how well you did it
