I had a job once that was 12 hour shifts 7 days a week, everything after 8 hours was 1.5 X hourly everyday, and the 6th day was 1.5 X hourly and Sunday was 2 X hourly. It was outdoors during the summer and I worked the 7pm to 7am shift, got to watch the sunset and the sunrise. We were moving concrete inside a form that rose as the silo was poured. Similar to what's in the picture but taller and fewer silos.
