I've got this little gem:

Truly unique property has been owner-occupied since new-lovingly maintained. All orig cabinet, tile & linoleum are spotless & give a retro feel. Currently used as a duplex, but could be made into triplex w/ minor modifications. Zoned duplex/triplex-check w/ city. Described here as triplex. Unit 1 has 2BR up plus ¾ bath, lndry & non-conforming BR/living rm downstairs. Unit 2 is 2BR ranch. Unit 3 has 2 “student rooms” plus non-con BR/fam room. Large detached garage & parking pad, alley access.
