Wayne LaPierre just announced that they (NRA) are filing suits in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs today.
The ruling was for the DC ban but their decision encompasses the second amendment as a whole.

it's just annoying cuz the brady campaigner is blatently stirring up fear, anyone who reads the documents can see that nothing more was decided than those who are upstanding and legally able to own cant be denied and any laws that prevent law abiding citizens from owning are illegal
