Yeah I may have to adjust it a bit...I don't know about taking smaller steps...I was thinking longer strides might be better...I feel like I am hopping a bit as I run now and that may be tiring out my calves...they have always been my limiting factor but before they wouldn't get tired until 6+ miles.

I went from more of a bounding stride to more of a shuffle, hardly lifting my feet off the ground unless I'm going uphill, worked well for me.
