Just got back from a run. My cardio is decent but my calves burn like a mother fucker. I'm having trouble getting them back into shape. I would like to be doing a 10k in 2 weeks....but it doesn't look like I am going to make it
Smaller steps, go slower. A few months ago I couldn't run for more than 5 minutes... i changed up my gait, and now I can keep going for an hour or more.
What do you suggest? I was thinking of washing the car
wash the car...go for a walk/jog...invite people over for a cookout and some beers...then watch the kimbo fight tonight...sounds like a pretty good day I just planned for you

Yeah I may have to adjust it a bit...I don't know about taking smaller steps...I was thinking longer strides might be better...I feel like I am hopping a bit as I run now and that may be tiring out my calves...they have always been my limiting factor but before they wouldn't get tired until 6+ miles.
I need to detail my car, but I'm oh so lazy. :hs: Plus it might be a little tricky washing the car with no pants on :/
