Default computer peeps

My old desktop died but i had a shit load of pictures on the hard drive. I think it's just the Vid card that died but i'm not even using this computer anymore i just use my laptop... how can i transfer the files?

Take drive and put it into another computer as a slave drive.

memorize mouse movements without looking at the screen and move files via usb thumbdrive :0

Yes, get online and get a external inclosure, toss that drive in the enclosure, and plug it in via USB.
