I say it quite a bit, but try to keep it to a minimum at work.

there was a time we used to say "things" until a person got hired and those "things" were no longer sayable.

I came to this conclusion several years ago, and decided to stop using the words "gay," and "retarded" to describe things I didn't like. Well, really, it was a matter of respect more than getting in trouble... but I know I still do it from time to time :hs:
