Tonight's drinking lesson:
 
Don't try and equalize pouring between mixer and liquor. Liquor usually wins because subconsciously you want more liquor. However, with the mix 2:1 liquor and especially after working on your 3rd drink that has followed the same suit - you will get fucked up.

When I tended bar, if someone at a table I was taking-care-of, told me there wasn't enough alcohol in a second or third round drink, I'd just pour alcohol on the straw. :cool: They never came back to complain. :o This is easier when you're the Well bartender. They never see you do it.
