IT Pro's and ITIL

Has anyone gone through any ITIL training here? My dept arranged to have a trainer fly in and do a 3-day course on ITIL Foundations for myself and a select group from within IT. Today marked the first day of training, tomorrow will be another full day, and then the exam is on Thursday. If I pass, then I'll be ITIL certified at the Foundations level.

Having an instructor from Canada is crap. I lose total focus every time he pronounces words all funky like process, he says "proh-cess". About is "Aboot". :chuckles:
