anyway, the other driver was much better but the car has ridiculous understeer still. h: an EG with some kinda swap kicked its ass.

i honestly think my friend's MS3 is faster (in a straight line) than my evo. not that we raced (seriously), its just i can tell from the response and smoothness of the power delivery from being a passenger.

i've considered on numerous occasions of doing a trade in for a Ms3. The main thing holding me back is that i'm in pretty deep as far as mods and tracktime (yes all 3 events :sad go with the evo already so its kind of pointless to start all over with another car. Also, the currently available power mods (theres not many either) are pretty capped off at 350ftlbs from what i've seen on various MS3 forums. With the evo, the aftermarket is endless.

i still have my daily driver, which also helps in overlooking the bullshit of having an evo as an only or daily driver.

if i were to get rid of the 240sx and the evo at the same time though...MS3 would be at the top of the list.

A++++ would drive again.

Really well sorted out of the box and a hoot to drive. For having that much oomph in a fwd car, it really makes good use of the power. Probably the most fun stock car I've driven, if not the fastest.

They're nice cars, great buy for the buck.

For having a good sum of power it handles pretty nicely in the twisties for a FWD car, but it's 3150 pound curb weight is definately noticeable IMO. Lots of dive upon braking, heavy understeer, and it's not particularly nimble even though ultimate grip is pretty high.

Nothing a good set of coilovers and sways can't fix. h:
