Just how good are google's targeted ads?
 

I had a conversation with a female acquaintance of mine the other day that involved certain planning of where to go to dinner (a good sushi joint here in town), and also certain other more, shall we say, "recreational" topics.

I recently referred back to this conversation as stored in my gmail account. I didn't notice at first, but check out the sponsored link at the very top of the frame.
