AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

The week from hell is over. I had 3 midterms (mon,tues,thurs), and 3 presentations (ALL today).

I'm finally done with it all.

Tomorrow my whole house is going up north, getting drunk on a farm FTW.

Then I come home, hit the bars with a lady, and then on monday I'm going to Vegas, till friday for SEMA.

Any other students have midterms?

I'm going to the liquor store.

Got my midterm back for my Scriptwriting class...A
My recording technology class on the 5 10 point quizzes we've had I've scored 12 points on each one. He throws in a single 2 point extra credit question. We're all done with tests now in that class it's all practical working on a 32 channel mixing board in the recording studio. We're mixing down a song where we started from scratch, he laid down a drum track, then one of the guys in class laid down the bass line on an overdub, then the other instruments are all overdubbed as we go everyone just improvising to the music that's already there. I think I'm the only one in there that doesn't play an instrument.

I miss recording and live mixing :(

I'm doing hours at Police Activity League (PAL) for my Soc. 357 class. I hung out in the arts and crafts room with this older lady that volunteers her time on my first day. She brings in BAGS of stuff, and does arts and crafts. She well with the kids. The supervisors don't like her, though :mad: She's more concerned with giving positive re-inforcement and praise for jobs well done, when you see the staff more concerned with conformity. I get it that someone has to be the hard ass, but they sweat this lady. Lame. I'm supposed to be there to observe and help with the kids, but the staff seems more f'ckd up. :hs:
