What should I delete out of the registry...anything pertaining to MPT?

do a search for motorola, mpt, or phone tools and delete the keys
also... check your c:\docs&settings\Username\Application Data\ folder for anything pertaining to motorola or mobile phone tools and wipe it.

Deleted all the keys in the registry, uninstalled the prog and drivers, reinstalled, still the same thing.
