Notes:

- Briana Scurry is the backup goalie for the USA. She's had a terrific track record (in the previous Summer games) against Brazil (today's opponent) and was chosen to start today. (her first game in 3 months)

- Hope Solo started the first 4 games of the competition. She allowed a mere 2 goals over that time. She's lights out.

- Today, Brazil tore Scurry a new one. The entire game, Solo had massive bitch face. The was ready to kill someone.

- After Brazil's crushing of the US (4 goals to none), someone had the bright idea of jamming a mic in Solo's face.

ya know ... first off, what a bitch. i mean way to be a 'team' player. regardless of if you felt you could have done a better job, dont go on national television and bash your teammate like that.

that said, she has reason to be upset but still dont bash your teammates

this could have been Hope Solo's chance to shine who knows if in 4 years she will be any good

i didnt say she shouldnt be mad. but come on, you dont go onto national television after a devasting loss and start laying out how much a person sucks. it's just not cool man.

don't bitch to media, go to the coach, go to the management talk to them. the coach put scurry in, scurry didnt put herself in. he made the call. she just tried doing her job and wasnt up to par, dont bash her.... at least not to millions and millions of people and talk about how much better you are.
