short answer to thread title, yes.

 

some doushe parked in my assigned spot (in my apartments) and went to a clinic next to us. I came back home and blocked his ass. Parked just like u, but straight so that i didnt block other cars.

then some old asian guy came out and started looking around. i was on my balcony watching him. about 15 minutes later (i had to go back somewhere) i came back out side in front of him, talking on my cell, standing there for another 10 minutes, then sitting in my car, for another 15 minutes, while he waited for me outside his car.

then i moved my car a little as if i was leaving, so he got in his car and i reversed back. waited there for another 5 minutes and the left.

i think i gave him a good lesson there.
