What's a good MP3 Player
Samsung one 4gb $110ish or the Creative Zen 8gb $140ish? All I want is drag and drop, playlist and battery life to last a 16 hour plane ride.
edit: i don't mind 2gb or 1gb if it's cheaper and just as good

iPod Nano: 2GB - $149.99 USD
I'm not an Apple fanboy, but I do know a good product. The iPod has such terrific 3rd party support too that you can really make the most of your purchase. (Nike / Gym application, car integration, etc)

I like my IPOD nano. My wife has a 30gb Ipod that holds movies. 249 out the door. Which is the same price as a 8gb nano??? Crutchfield sells this eyewear that plugs into the Ipod so you can view your movie right in front of your eyes, and the technology makes it equivalent to viewing a 27 inch screen from 10 ft away. Kind of cool...and good if you fly a lot.
Do you have a link?
I believe the new sony walkman's have ditched sonic stage and so they are now drag and drop. My wife has the old bean walkman which is a brilliantly designed player with a nice little single line screen, integrated USB connector and ungodly battery life. The big issue has always been sonic stage.

I has the sansa e260. I got it used for $100 and it's not bad. The software display sometimes lags/freezes but the song still plays then all the things you tried to do are done quickly... kind of like texting on a razr
h:. and yes I have the latest firmware, been formatted many times. It uses rhapsody but you can also drag and drop. I'd use rhapsody because you can edit the artists/albums so it all stays organized. It is kind of like itunes. Only thing is that you can only edit the song info if it is in the library, once it is on the sansa, you will have to go into my computer, etc to edit info.
if I were to go through this again, I'd do it right and go with the nano

then again the mic feature this has got me through my summer school final :hsugh:
video playback is decent, I tried the video out before I knew you could scroll with the wheel. So now that I know that, I'm sure it will make the experience better next time... you know what I had playing
