Default computer gurus, NEED HELP...mobo and PSU POWER?!?!

So I got a new mobo and processor....

ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce SPP 100 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16813131568

AMD Opteron 170 Denmark 2.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket 939 Dual Core Processor - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16819103586

So I have a (i believe) antec 430watt power supply...

So do I need a bigger PSU? or do you think a 430watt will run fine?

please let me know
I'm not running dual video cards... just one pciEx16

430 is fine.

but if you are planning to SLI with 2 hi-end cards, and/or run several HDDs go with 500+
