I have bald spots on my shins, one on each, and a little bald spot where my beard doesnt grow...should i get this looked at?

I noticed this after I started workin out on the leg extension machine at the gym, but i havent been back to the gym in months, and the hair isnt growing back

I have bald spots on my shins, but that's just from hitting the bag for years... maybe you were rubbing it and didn't know it because you were pumped

 

if u know its from the workouts like rubbing up against the equipment then it isnt a medical problem. its injury to the hair follicles they may or may not grow back. a medical issue could be thyroid gland, testosterone levels or circulation. i think u r too young for a circulation problem.

Yeah i had blood tests done a month ago, Doc said theres nothign wrong with me.....could it be because im not eating like I used to?

 

i noticed that i was missing some hair on my shins in gym class in high school one day, it was really weird.. then i figured it out it was probably from my ski boots h:

i wouldnt worry about it.

 

just comb over the good stuff.
