toolbar? you mean Taskbar fool and its shown... only people with small monitors hide it.

I've got a 22" widescreen and I hide it. I like to keep the desktop tidy.

Always show. I hate it that some of our employees hide it, whenever I do work on their computer I hate having to search for it. Stupid people move it from the stock location.
