what're yinz havin for dinner tonight? Tonights my last night here in Palm Coast with the crazy chica so decided to end it with something "fiesta"-esque

I made pork chops in a ginger/soy sauce with hot red curry, curried mashed potatoes, and pea pods with peppers and carrots.
