When they use terms like 'resists' it makes me feel like it wont work well. I mean, wire resists current but it still conducts electricity.

Wheel locks would help plus that's why you never park on street corner or near a hydrant where a truck has space to lift up your car. ;)

Obvious or not they're not gonna touch it. They look at it and it's not even worth the time trying to take it off plus the other shit I got on it. They'll go after something easier. :oh:
