Either RX or RGR, but usually RGR have gold BBS letters on the center cap so I'd say more likely RX.

my friend told me theyre size 20"
but i can't find any sites online that carry Rx in 20", only 18"
could these be fakes? or do they have custom rx in 20"s??

how do I spot for fake bbs rims?

RXs are old. they came out around '96, and were available in 20"

real ones have "BBS" stamped on the face or lip.
