wait, what point are you trying to make? that the british must've crossed international waters because they say it happened 6 times, or that it never happened and they are just over exagerating? because that's what your puffy example suggests.

Cause I gurantee if they had a sitdown, it would be to talk about something else not the 15
from an article in CNN

Larijani said Tehran would like to resolve the issue through bilateral discussions and an investigation of legal and technical issues, and again asserted that the British patrol boats entered Iranian waters illegally.
The birtish need to sit down and discuss about this. they cna't just take the side of "we did nothing wrong release the soldiers or we will force you to".

Also Iran can't just take the side of "yadmti to have violated the law and we will release them" they both need to calm down and look at the fact and information from both sides.

no the first step is to release the soldiers.

thats the first thing that should be done. then they can discuss the issue at hand. if you look at the last time iran did this what happened....they paraded the captured troops on television and made them apologize...

its all psychological, so release the soldiers, and then discuss the supposed border violation.

Look i am not saying they were or not in the iranian waters. WHat i am saying is they need to figure out what happened who is right and then take the necessary actions.

Even with the soldiers detained by iran the british dont want to discuss the supposed border violation. what will make them dicuss it seriously after the release?

It's pretty simple. The UK is right, Iran is wrong. Iran needs to let the UK soldiers go. If they won't, Iran needs to get bombed to hell.

the problem with your statement is it will never happen.

they still havent officially resolved the last time iran made the claim and took UK soldiers prisoner. theres no definite way to prove who is right and who is wrong...

and the biggest thing, even if the UK had undeniable non-arguable evidence, Iran would still say its all fabricated lies. The best and worst thing about iran is they dont back down, even when its obvious they are wrong or its the best thing to do in regards to world politics. The ayatolla is never wrong in irans beliefs, and to say they were wrong to seize the soldiers would be to say the govt and in implication the supreme leader were wrong. and thats unfathomable to them
