Fully automatic M-16 is not available to the military actually. Unless the reserve units still have the old A1's which I highly doubt. There is a way to modify the M16 and M4 to make them fully automatic...if you know about weapons then you know how, if not, that info is disclosed.
And no Grenades, Claymour's and AT-4's (rocket launcher) is not available to many soldiers other than SF and Rangers. And even then, the process for getting such weapons isn't worth the task. If the mission requires such weapons, they will be issued.

you can modify just about any semi-auto weapon to fully auto if you have the right tools and knowledge....

What's pathetic? If there's NO candidate I would vote for, say if my choice candidate got voted out and the Republican party hand-picked another religious zealot with a hardon for war, I'll side with whoever's closest aligned to me.
While Hillary would be a mistake, all the people who's toyed with the idea of being President on the Republican side of the isle are far, FAR worse. The Libertarian party is full of wackos (and, while their policies would be nice in La-La land, on earth they'd ruin stuff even more), and I regard many of the Green party candidates to be just as far out there in their own La-La Land.
I don't think she'll win the nomination though. Most dems I know are apprehensive towards her. I think she's just talked about so much because the media knows it will be an eventful season if she runs.
