so you didnt offer to see if you could help fix their truck? or call someone you know that can fix their truck? thats what i wouldve done.

 

I wanted to do whatever I could, but my driver said there is nothing we can do for them. He said we are not allowed to touch their truck, we are not even allowed to touch ours. As for the load swapping, he said that is a HUGE liability, and he would only consider doing that if he was an O.O. himself. He also said that there would be no sense in calling a tow truck, because that would incur even more fee's that they cant pay for.

 

You better be flying the same flag or like others have said an OO if you are going to do that.

As much as it sucks they took the gamble and lost. Seen it happen more than a few times with private owners either starting out or cutting huge deals to make a name and losing their asses doing it.
