I think we should have a fully functional chat room. I have noticed in many threads conversations get started and the thread gets all muddled. This would allow for people to talk through technical issues and so forth....

this was a suggestion from someone else from a different forum.
whats your opinions?

 

we have han chats, we just don't invite you.

 

yea we already have that... its called AIM

 

threads only get jacked up in the basement. in the normal forums, none of these basement rules apply.


we had a HAN chat. When Deek decided not to post nudes, I removed the code from the main forum.

 

I can't honestly think of a thread that hasn't got derailed and turned into a completely different topic all together.

I think it's because the threads in here move so quickly. Someone will say anything of interest, another will ask about it. All of a sudden, you have 2 conversations going because of natural conversational means.



now, someone will quote this ... then start 2 topics in one
1) HAN Chat
2) why threads go OT in OT.

 

the best are when we get like 7 or 8 different and completely random topics in one thread....

the dialog tends to cris cross and you wind up with some damn funny posts
