Workout Squad: standing dumbell curl question

I rotate 90 degrees on the curl for regular curls, but I think that hammer curls do 100 times the effect, especially making you muscles sit up where they are supposed to.

I <3 hammer curls. Great for the outer portion of the bicep.

Hammer curls is for width of your arms..not your bicep peak.
