Default Back pain sucks!

Yesterday I was shooting an event outside and I don't know if I pulled it or what, but then I was covering something inside for two hours right after my back was just killing me the entire time.

Took some meds last night and went to bed early hoping it would help, but I woke up today and in twice as much pain.

Someone told me that back pain is usuaully first symptom of getting the flu (which is going around). I really fucking hope I am not getting sick.

Anyone know anything to do for back pain? It's mostly mid to upper back. i took some Aleve and it's helping a little. About to take a hot shower, too.

take some IBuprofin, or an anti-inflamatory.

you can also do some back excercises to stretch out your back.

i used to have back pains. i started sleeping on my back and that made a big difference. i also wear different shoes now. so instead of rocking etnies, and shit like i used to, i switched over to wrestling shoes. the ones i like are a little expensive, but the less expensive ones arent bad either. i think i paid 80 for my favorite ones, and cheaper ones can be found for less then 50 bux

My back always hurts! I shoveled my whole driveway the other day and it definately hurt real bad the next day. Go get a massage or use a heating pad :dunno: Usually I get a massage or just try to take it easy and take pills

your back isnt use to the position u had it in. in a few days it will get better. if u can stand it try to do some cardio. jumping jacks, cardio kicks, running in place.. something that will get your muscles warmed up and u sweat..then try to stretch it out. ly on the floor on your back. arms stretched out at the sides on the ground. cross your right leg over your body and put your knee down... keep your shoulders on the ground. your back will come off the floor some.. hold that position for about 30 secs and repeat. when u do this breathe thru it dont hold your breath..u may have to adjust your body to get your knee to the ground and keep your shoulders down. repeat on the other side. hold for at least 30secs.. that should pull out the muscles that got tight..make sure u r warmed up though. dont do this with cold muscles. u will feel the muscles start to relax so repeat this until u r comfortable with it.
