What do I need to do in order to see my driving record? Im thinking I need to fill out some form at the dmv, right?? I've been told I received 4pts for a minor collision I had about 18 months ago... Wtf here in Cali the most you can get for collisions is 2 pts... I need to get to the bottom of this

 

yea you have to fill out some stupid form and pay like 8-10 bucks for it.

I got a print out a few years ago and i didn't have to fill out anything, i just went up to the person at the DMV and asked for my driving record.

 

I didn't fill out any forms, but they did take my money for it
