For a basic daily driver, sure.
Skip the TRD blower, for $4K they are robbing you blind.
I'm not wild on the looks of the car, but there are worse designs on the market.
I wouldn't buy it with the intention of starting any sort of serious motor build, however

Isn't it based on the same chassis as the Camry?
If it drives anything like a Camry, it will last forever (well at least until the power steering pump starts leaking fluid onto the exhaust manifold
), but it'll be about the most boring car to drive evAr.
