When changing lanes on the freeway, do you not use your turn signals?

It sucks when some asshole in an evo thinks he owns the road, and cut's you off with no turn signals. :o

Always. And I actually look before I merge, unlike 70% of Massachusetts population.

What I don't understand is why some people use their blinkers while they're waiting at a stop light in the turning lane but not when they're changing lanes. In the turning lane people already know you are going to turn. On a multi lane road or highway people don't.

I always use my turn signal's, especially on the highway.

The only places I don't use my signals are:
Turning into my driveway and my side street in my residential neighborhood.
and parking lots, unless there are people around or cars.
