what's a good rubbing compound?
 
does anyone know? it's to be used to on a fresh layer of clearcoat to level slight imperfections. store bought preferably since i'm short on time..

3m's perfect it line

used their products, and i like, easily found at almost any auto/body store

That's the stuff I used when I wet sand my hood when it was black :o It was shiny afterwards :cool:

I was impressed when I used the 3M rubbing compound on my Celica.

mmm i dont know if they do or dont, then again i never go farther than walkin out front and grabbin some off the shelf when im out

not sure i think walmart may. they have turtle wax brand.

Any compound as long as it's the right grit. You could use talcum powder if you wanted to.
