do you remember people's names the first time you meet them?
 

whenever i meet somebody, i forget their name in about 5 seconds. i hear them say it, but i dont really pay any attention and i forget. :oh:

I'm great with faces but horrible with names.

i usually remember, being in a job where i meet a large number of new people every week, people that i potentially will be seeing more often, i try my best to remember.

makes them respect u much more when u remember their name.

I'm the same. I keep telling myself I need to make an effort to write to memory the name of the next person I meet but its the same deal everytime. Now what I do is as soon as they've said their name I repeat it out loud and nod my head. It helps.

i suck with names. good with faces also. unless it's a hot chick, then look at the rack. :cool:
