Default PSP good gift?

I'm trying to think of something to get my boyfriend for Christmas. I can't afford PS3 and I already bought him a few other things. I was thinking about PSP. h:

Opinions?

If nobody thinks this is good, what are some good gifts? He's 25, likes computers, cars....

Nintendo DS Lite = more fun ... At this current pace, the PSP will be nearly dead by Q4 2007.

Most TJ Maxx stores have the 8GB iPod Nano for $200 also. This is $50 off the MSRP.

That'd be a killer gift too and more inline with the I <3 computer thing

I suggested (non-chalently of course) the DS but he didn't care for it. I know he likes the PSP but I didnt know if there were better gift ideas out there...

He already has a Creative Zen Micro mp3 so he doesn't need the iPod.

the PSP had a ton of promise...then it seemed to disappear. i havent used mine in MONTHS :happysad:

btw, is there a hack that lets you keep 1.50 firmware while being able to play new games that require 2.6x or above?
